"I am writing to report a serious incident that occurred at Hotel Movich Buró 51 Barranquilla involving my companion. Yesterday, at approximately 10:15 a.m., my companion became trapped inside the elevator for about 30 minutes. When the doors closed, they did so forcefully while my companion was in the middle, nearly causing a serious back injury. During this time, the elevator was moving erratically, going up and down abruptly, which created a very dangerous and distressing situation. There was no immediate assistance provided, which further increased the severity of the incident. This situation represents a serious safety concern, and it is unacceptable for such an event to occur on your property. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that you inform me of the corrective actions that will be taken to prevent this from happening again. I look forward to your prompt response."

"The air conditioning was fabulous and kept us cool throughout our stay. We had to ask for towels on 2 seperate occasions and had to wait hours for them to show up. The shower leaked and keft the floor very wet all day. The room was really nice and the rustic esthetic was cool. Located in a very good location."
