The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance of several restaurants, stores and Plaza Serrano.

All the staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom very clean. Probably noisier on the ground level where we stayed, there’s an eating area near where our room was. I think we would ask for an upstairs room next time we come.

Very helpful staff, good location and good restaurants and cafes nearby. Good breakfast options, The coffee could be better as it is filter coffee, but that is being picky. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little tired. Overall a nice and quiet boutique hotel with lovely staff.

This is a beautifully restored Palermo mansion. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The staff is excellent. The neighborhood is walkable and filled with parks, restaurants and things to do. We loved staying here.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They provided a subway pass for exploring the city and arranged my ride to La Plata. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed a delicious, complimentary glass of wine on the roof top terrace. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through but I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in BA!

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable.
