"Kitchen and apartment are brand new. Rooftop pool is enclosed but not heated. Gym has the latest tools but no stairmaster. 3 treadmills and many weight machines and free weights. Also there is an outdoor small track. Kitchen was spotless with over and all necessary accesories."

"The staff were vry helpful..The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was poor. The scrambled eggs were cold and runny and the pastrys seemed stale.. Apparently the cook in the kitchen could make eggs to to order, but I wasn't aware of this at the time."

"I found the room to be clean and bedding and linens of quality. The location was perfect for me - close to Buquebus and within walking distance or short ride to tourist attractions. The Staff/Front desk were amazing-always ready to answer any questions and helping with directions, etc. However if you are looking for a Hilton and Hilton amenities, this will not be the hotel of choice. It is all relative price wise! "

"This was our first stay in Argentina and everything was amazing. It would have been nice to have USB chargers in the room for cell phones. Still, the everyone was super nice and bilingual, as needed. Breakfast was very nice. "

"Quite simply, the best hotel for the money in downtown Buenos Aires. It is simple and clean, incredible breakfasts, quiet, roomy, friendly, and located in the heart of shopping and restraurants. We made the mistake of visiting Uruguay for a few days and came back to town to another hotel, and regretted it immediately. Great job to the owners and staff of the Principado!"

"The staff was the best part especially Santiago. They all were a big help. We stayed in one of the duplexes at the very top. It had great views."

"Great location in the historic district. Staff was very friendly. Place was a bit quirky. Room key cards were a constant problem. Often needing to be replaced daily or more as they no longer worked. Breakfast was also a bit off. Ice cold scrambled eggs or meats on the buffet always throw up a red flag for me. We ended up eating elsewhere after the second day where they arbitrarily decided they’d no longer make omelettes to order."
