"We stay here every time we come to Buffalo because it so friendly and helpful with information regarding dinning and transportation. The only drawback this stay was we went to breakfast around 6:30 am and the eggs were hard and cold which I didn't expect since they just started at 6am and there was no one to tell about this"

"I think the people working there were really nice, the area is 20 minutes from Niagra Falls, restaurants and stores are within walking distance, and this place is dog friendly. I'm not sure if the dog friendly rooms are different than the human only rooms, but the room we stayed in had dog hair that didn't match our dog's, damaged mirrors, soiled bedding, and more. However, if we asked for new bedding and room service, they sent someone right over. "
