"I loved staying in this gem of a hotel close to the old town. The front desk employee Adelina was exceptionally helpful, kind and professional when I had a problem with the A/C in my room and the problem was quickly solved. I really enjoyed using the sauna and steam room and appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer to wash all my clothes. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"in the process of the checking in, we arrived at 2:00pm, the front desk lady “told” (not informed) us the official check in time was 3:00pm. Neither she offered to store our luggage. Just left us there standing. As customers, we certainly did not appreciate the hospitality. I wish Hotel Central administration would take note of this. Thank you."
