"The access road is very poor with deep channels on the side covered with vegetation. Our car fell in one of the channels as we drove in, possibly causing some damage. We booked through Expedia. Receptionist refused to include breakfast at check-in despite our Expedia reservation showing we had breakfast for 2 included. She said it was a scam, the rate we booked did not exist, we got charged an extra $40 for breakfast! The AirCon did not work properly, likely due to low power voltage. Hot water disappeared after a few minutes, we had a cold shower at night and morning. The other staff were very warm and welcoming. The cottages/rooms are exceptionally spacious, very clean and comfortable. "
