Amari SPICE Penang
Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang
The hotel staff service was efficient and excellent. The room was very clean and amenities were well kept. It is also convenient for shopping and local food tasting as Penang Road, Komtar and other shopping places are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Penang Marriott Hotel
Stayed 4 nights from Jan 2 - 6th. Quality service overall given the its busy holiday season. Price was slightly on the high end as there were options elsewhere, just wanted to try it given its location on Gurney Drive which was an attraction.
