I booked Hop Inn Hotel Iloilo from August 29 to September 3 but had to check out early due to a terrible experience. On the morning of August 30, I discovered there was no running water—the bathroom faucet was completely dry. I reported it to the front desk and was told it would be fixed “in a few minutes,” but nothing happened. When I asked for the manager, I was informed the manager only comes in later in the day. In a situation like this, management should be present to handle urgent issues,...
"It was very hot throughout the hotel and they only provide one key to the room which you also need to turn on the power. All the other hotels I’ve been to have provided at least two keys if one is needed to power the room. Whenever you have to leave you have to turn off the A/C to your room and it will become extremely hot."
