"My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. It is at least 30mins by bus from the main tourist areas, but we knew this when booking. The big issue was that the lifts were broken for most of our stay. It was annoying to walk up 4 flights of stairs, however the main issue was the entrance to these stairs were outside. They propped the door open and so anyone on the street could have wandered onto the guest floors. They should have had a staff member there checking people had room cards to come in. Very unsafe. I also feel like they should have made an effort to apologise to guests (maybe offer a free drink? Or at least a message under the door). All they did was put a sign on the lifts. Another issue was the cleaners took all our towels away and didn't replace them. No one from reception answers the phone ever (we tried on several days for different reasons, and no one ever answered), so we had to go back up and down 3 flights of stairs to get towels from the gym. Also we had spiders in our bathroom despite being on the fourth floor, which we think is because there is a big gap under the sink which hasn't been blocked off."

"A pet friendly hotel with park benches in front and a dog park within walking distance.The rooms though small are functional. Fast Wifi, polite staff with speedy check in and check out services. The breakfast is basic though the bacon was burnt one of the days I was there. Not much variety for the breakfast buffet, still functional. Extra services like getting an iron +ironing board requires a 20 euro deposit. Proximity to the subway and Meidling train station is a plus. There is a Grocery store and an Apotheke nearby. Overall, a good place to stay. "

"Le stationnement coûte 39€ par jour et encore plus si vous sortez avec la voiture durant votre séjour. Aussi, le personnel, du moins l’employée que j’ai rencontré deux fois à l’accueil, voulait visiblement se débarrasser de notre présence plutôt que nous orienter."

"arrived at the hotel and unfortunately the experience started very poorly. The person at the front desk clearly seemed like they did not want to be there. I was ignored for several minutes, and when I was finally acknowledged, the service was rude and unprofessional. What made the stay even more frustrating was the housekeeping service. On Sunday, after being out the entire day, I returned to my room around 4:30 PM only to find housekeeping wanting to clean the room at 4:32 PM. I honestly could not understand this. The staff had the entire day to service the room, yet they attempted to do it late in the afternoon when guests are typically returning to rest. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor timing made the experience disappointing."

"Wifi speed is amazing. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast choice was good. Room is quite small and amenities could be better. There’s is no kettle in the room. Location is great with bus and trams right in front. Supermarket and small eateries in walking distance. "
