The lobby and amenities were gorgeous. And most importantly the staff! In specific, Ousmane at the front desk, Jane at the breakfast location and Harrison at the Restaurant. They made our stay unforgettable! "

"Perfectly fine. Staff was friendly. A couple of minor nits. Faucet in bathroom was loose (still worked) and I noticed the hallway outside room was not vacuumed during our stay (same detritus on the carpet). But otherwise all good. "

"The Hotel was in a convienient location. Just a few minutes to walk to to shops and restaurants. We were quite dissapointed when we found out just a few days before our stay that the hotel was under construction. The pool, hot tub and bar were not open. We had to wake up to hammers and banging in the morning. This is something that we should have been notified about up front. They had plastic hanging around the entrance to keep the cold air out of the lobby, and when we went walked out a large chunk of ice fell off and hit me in the head. Not a great stay."
