"The room was dirty. I was moved and the new room was not clean. You can tell no one had cleaned the shower or bathroom in a longtime. There was dirt and mold build up. For the price this hotel was sub par at best "

"The staff was exceptionally friendly especially the front desk. Coffee was always hot and the breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. "

"First room was not cleaned when we got there, but the staff was pleasant and put us into another room which was good. The location is in a very sketchy area and there was an actual lockdown of the hotel in the morning we left because of a shooting directly across the street. "

"The hotel was centrally located in the city. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Close to the event that my wife and I were attending. The staff was warm and courteous. It's nothing that reflects poorly on the hotel, but my one issue was the late-night noise in the area. There were no issues with the room or any of the utilities. I will book again on my next visit to Burlington."
