This property could use some updating, and the services are pretty basic. Little details can make a difference: the coffee in my room was only decaf--I had to go to the front desk for regular. Only black tea, no herbal. No hot chocolate at self serve station. The walls are thin--I heard pretty clearly a party that was going on in the next room one evening, and only a pillow over my ears allowed me go get to sleep. Good things: the bed was comfortable and the room was basically clean. Front desk staff were friendly, Breakfast wasn't bad.

The room was very clean and lots of features that made it a very nice stay. The staff were very friendly and a wonderful manager that went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, had trouble with key but they finnally fixed it the next day, toilet had to flush 3 times or more for anything to go down which they did not fix during our stay, fairly clean didn't get a chance for their breakfast but it smelled really good i would definatly go back just not the same room for the bathroom was really small

Clean place to stay

It was clean, kind and happy staff, and provided a good breakfast. The difficulty was that my room smelled like paint and I couldn't control the heat, so I didn't sleep well.

All was pretty good — just on the day we left, there was no bread or bagels for breakfast. Also, it was a bit difficult to store toiletries in the bathroom since it’s quite small and the door opens the other way.

Room was fine, little dust and hair under the bed and in corners but the sheets were clean at least. Staff was fine, breakfast was average. Towels had a couple small stains. Sink faucet was loose. Overall average experience but the price was outrageous for what you get. We paid $200 per night and I spoke with other guests that paid $300 per night. This hotel is worth nowhere near that!
