The staff were friendly. The room however was lacking. There was hair in the sheets and on pillows, the hall had a HORRIBLE smell, carpet was tore up and the beds were very uncomfortable. When you first walk in downstairs it seemed very updated and welcoming, but once you step off the elevator upstairs ...
