Staff were amazing especially over the Christmas holidays. The room was not as nice as it was last time we stayed. The toilet was cracked, carpets were badly stained and the wall paper was coming off the wall.

Everything about our stay has been amazing! Room is huge and perfect! The only thing I would mention would be to be mindful of those with nut allergies and not mix muffins with walnuts with all the others. They should be on a separate plate.
