Front desk staff and breakfast staff were great. Facjility is run down and felt unsafe. Hallway doors that won’t close for security. People hiding in the shadows. Best Western isn’t what it used to be.

They were bought by the Hilton so they changed something’s. Bar and restaurant are open now and were very nice. No continental breakfast but we had breakfast downstairs and they give you a sizable portion. Food was good. Staff like always were very nice and our bartender. Carl made our visit even ...

Clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. The only disappointment was the restaurant was under renovation so no dining at hotel, which it advertises it has and why I picked it. The "continental" breakfast was a little disappointing. But everything else was fabulous and I would stay there again.
