"My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View.” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. "
"The hotel is clean ,the rooms also are very clean and big.The staff were excellent,very helpful.The breakfast was really good.There was enough parking place .Very business friendly,quiet. I recommend it .

BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage.
