"The location geographically was nice, the staff were friendly enough but the room was absolutely filthy, the floors are literally falling apart and sunken in and were filthy, not like a little dirty, they looked they hadn't seen a mop for months. My socks were dark brown in a few steps and the floor felt sticky We wore shoes until we got on the bed it was so dirty, including the bathroom. The beds were ok, stained but "clean" as we could see. Lots of rap music playing all through the night, not sure if they were on the property or the neighboring ones. "

"We stayed at a different Comfort Inn the night before. That was a C-. So we were not expecting much at the Coliseum Comfort Inn. The ironic thing is the price was exactly the same. The Coliseum Comfort Inn was all Fives for us."

"It is very dated. Needs a lot of refurbishment. The jacuzzi was brown. The pool looked hazy. No smell of chlorine. The first room we were sent to the keys wouldnt work. Went back to the front desk to get new keys. The desk clerk said she was going to put us in a newer room well it was 2 doors from the old room had a funny smell.the front desk was very rude like it was our pro lem. "

"Do not stay here!!! First, I wasnt sure if the bed linens had been changed and we asked for clean washclothes and towels and never received them. You usually see hotel cleaning staff in the halls in the mornings but I NEVER seen any staff the whole trip and they do not clean your room during the day. I was traveling with my teenaged and adult daughter, and the first night our neighbors in room 311 were partying loudly and then loudly having sex all night. It was so loud it felt like they were in the same room. I barely got any sleep the first night and I had to sleep with the television on just to avoid hearing the couple next door banging against the wall oohing and awing during their sexual excapade. Plus the bathroom was not very clean. The area behind the toilet, the baseboards, and the actual floor were filthy. There also was NO HOT WATER when showering, it was luke warm at best. The toilet seat also did not fit the camode. It was cocked to one side so you had to be mindful when using the facilities so your leg is not touching the toilet lip/rim. The pool was not very warm either. The water was extremely cold and intolerable, so our the trip to the pool was very brief."
