All the ameanities you could want - Netflix, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and a fully equipped little kitchen. They even leave a lovely little goody basket with milk, orange juice, crisps, breakfast cerial, etc. Local area has lots of food outlets, bars, supermarkets too."

"Relaxed area as it is right by the university though the room itself is quite dirty. Dusty walls, splatters of drinks behind the nightstand, TV not working, dirty towel left inside the closet, and mildew growing in the shower room."

"Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed."

"Too many emails with rules and high safety deposit (not advertised earlier on). High expectation from pictures but in reality lacks cleaning and care. The street is dodgy, too dark and quiet and a bit far from city centre (20 min walk). Good price for Manchester though."
