Excellent hotel in a great location. Room was super clean and comfortable, great security. Shame the view from the window looked out to the wall of the building next door but that didn’t really impact my stay. Would highly recommend.

Ground 27 is a beautiful property. Spacious rooms and superbly appointed. A superb suite for a family with teenagers, best set out and spacious room we have ever stayed in. Excellent coffee in the cafe downstairs. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were fabulous. Outstanding bakery 3 doors down. Shopping on your doorstep. So pleased we chose to stay here.

Hotel Ground27 is a very clean, conveniently located to shopping, Jalgachi market, BIFF square and Busan Tower. Harry the General Manager is extremely hospitable and professional. We stayed in the suite and was very spacious for the 5 of us.

All the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to the front desk lady who speaks mandarin and helped us with our food delivery order. We stayed in the family suite with a kitchenette. The room is clean and big, but lack of amenities such as cutlery, and there is no towel bar and hook for clothing in the bathroom. The stench from the drain outside the hotel can be quite strong. There is a cafe at the ground floor. Hotel is located at the shopping street. Overall a good stay.

great area - close to buses and train, shopping and sightseeing. safe and convenient. very honest staff - I left 2 rings and they contacted me first and sent me my rings to my hotel in seoul. room has small window - room 305 - not good for anyone claustrophobic. the room itself is spacious and clean.

Excellent location, lots of shops and eateries. Nampo Subway station very nearby (3-5 mins walk) and even with luggage was doable as there is an elevator at exit 5. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and the hotel was updated, super clean and safe. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Our room was really large - definitely a spacious suite. We will come back again for sure. Incredible place to stay. Well worth the money.

Amazing hotel, with excellent and clean accommodations. The privacy and security of the property was commendable. The vibrant streets offered amazing shops with a variety of food and clothes shopping. The little things, such as floor heating and aesthetically pleasing furniture, made the hotel a wonderful place to come home to after a long day!

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hospitality was top notch and the best we had in Korea. We would like to thank Harry for going above and beyond when our transportation to the airport fell through. He saved the day!

Location is good. Near to metro and shopping area. But hotel name not located on maps. Need to search the coffee house below to get to the hotel. Good room. Spacious for family of 5 Only issue is the check in time is 4pm. We had to wait for 2 hrs to check in and there's no place to store our luggages. They have paid lockers though. 2000krw for 6 hrs

Nice, modern and convenient locaiton

Great hotel in a conveniently located area in Nampo-dong. Hotel was nice and clean, heaps of space in the family suit and very comfortable. My only gripe is that they charge for luggage storage (using train station style lockers) after you have checked out which is annonying. Almost every hotel I've been to will hold your luggage for free. I also hope they change the curtains in the bedroom to be blackout. Current ones are too thin and let light through.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great, our only negative comment would be the main bathroom would have been better to have a free standing shower instead of giant bath for our family. The second bathroom could have been more user friendly to have a door into bedroom as again more functional for our family. The furniture looks amazing but not very comfortable. But overall we were very happy with our stay and all the positives made up for the couple of negatives.
