Nothing wrong but also nothing special. There was no free water bottles in the room and no one offered to let us know if our room would be ready earlier etc. Breakfast was free and good but definately not on the same level as places that charge for breakfast. I did not add the breakfast, because I think 18 euros is too pricey. But I loved the location, an easy walk from the train station and to most historical and cultural sites. The staff was always professional and courteous, and I loved the robo-vac that cruised the lobby, smiling and winking at guests. ...
