"Our group loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and had king size beds. The staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating. The view of the lake was a huge plus. The owner was nice enough to provide a swing on our porch so we could enjoy the views. The food was my favorite part. They provide free breakfast menu which was delicious! We loved it so much we booked our last night after safari there. Highly recommend this stay. "

On my arrival at 10.30pm from the airport, reception showed me to a tiny dark room with no view rather than the double dulux with lake view I'd booked. They told me Expedia had not paid them enough, my booked room wasn't available and this is all I could have - what a scam! The place was empty and the excuse was an obvious lie. "There are apparently 'executive suites' which my wife viewed and thought were beautiful. There are also those that are less expensive and not executive. We stayed for four nights in the less expensive one. At first there were a few things that we had hoped to see but were not in the room however the management and staff (Henry in particular) did everything possible to make our stay better and provide the room with some things that were lacking.
