"The property is just as described... four cozy A-Frames (5th being built), owned and operated by a very lovely family.
Highlights: The gardens and home cooking are every bit as good as all the other reviews attest! We also enjoyed the jungle trek.
Challenges:
It's hard to criticize a place when the cost is so low. But worth noting a couple of points; A/ this place is very remote! Best if you have your own transportation (bike). Grab is about 200k to the Munduk waterfall trek each...

The guy who ran it was very nice and it wasn’t too far from a couple stores and a couple restaurants. It was just at night. There were some locals who bothered me, but it was OK because I’m an American and I understand."

Die Leute im Homestay sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und kochen gerne für die Gäste. Rollerverleih ebenfalls möglich. In der Umgebung kann man spazieren gehen oder einige Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen. Fahrzeit zum Flughafen...
