"We had a wonderful stay at Belle Vue in Ksamil, Albania. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The pool was excellent and one of the highlights of our trip—our kids absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Great location close to middle of town so all main beaches were walkable, Easy on site parking and driving right off main road so you don’t have to dodge walkers and drivers on congested tiny roads. Breakfast was great, pool was wonderful for a quick cooldown away from beach. Staff was amazing, incredibly helpfull, fully above and beyond- would absolutely stay again if I end up back in Ksamil."

"This was a lovely hotel. Bit of a hill to get to it and between a 5-10 minute walk to the main restaurants. 10-20 minute walk to beach, depending on which one you went to. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean. There is no food on premises after breakfast. Pool snacks would be good. Bar open until around 8pm. I think later would of been better. You can get take aways to be delivered to the hotel though. We had pizza a couple of times and it was lovely. They order that in for you. Overall was lovely, nice pool area too."

"On arrival, we were told that our room wasn’t available. However, the team had been expecting us and had already arranged accommodation for our first night at a property right next door. We didn’t ask about the circumstances, but we were very impressed with how the situation was handled. Everything was explained clearly, and we were made to feel welcome despite the unexpected change. The hotel has a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere in a very positive way. The staff are friendly, approachable and more than happy to help with any requests, which made our stay feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and would happily stay here again. I really enjoyed the coffee at Breakfast time."

"Staff were great specially in the breakfast area was very attentive and friendly. The downsides on the stay that we were not accommodated on our paid room on the first day because there were still guests and it was a downgrade without complimentary or clear explanation and no refund either. The tele on our room was in the middle of the beds on the room we paid for. There was a kettle but unsure what to do with it as there were no cups or something to use it for like coffee or tea. For a high value price it was mid but for the staff was excellent and very clean."
