Really nice and clean. Very accommodating for our early checkin which was greatly appreciated. Great gym, and lovely pool for a morning dip!

Justin was very friendly and helpful and for the budget breakfast was good too.

From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was clean and fresh, having a fridge and microwave was a big plus for us, altho i never figured out how to make a cuppa tea with the coffee machine. :) We ate from either the Deli or the Casino restaurant, taking our food back to our room due to my daughter being poorly. the NewYork Strip was just delicious, and the breakfasts from the deli equally so. Although there were some extensive renovation work ongoing, this did notdetract from an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable room and a short walk to local eateries and stores

After a long and tiring drive over the mountains and forests from Eureka, we got a very warm and friendly welcome at Quality Inn Chico, and we were very pleased with the facilities in our room, and a big shout out to housekeeping, who had made sure our room was fresh and clean and perfect - a great way to relax after such a drive! Our room backed onto the street behind and I was woken at 5am by a garbage truck emptying the trash, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to ask if you can...

Didn't have breakfast but the welcome cookie on check in was really great - I felt like I was in first class on an airplane, it was still warm.

Great place for stopover and to see the local area.

Comfy bed, large room, had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for lassen national park. No complaints.
