"I really loved all the new upgrades and the new remodeling the pool and the hot tub seemed really clean, but the pool was a little bit too cold so I stayed in the hot tub most of the time what I think this hotel could use his new upgraded showers and bathtubs. The one we had had some patched holes on it and the faucet would turn in a weird way so we had to get used to it but otherwise we had a good stay and slept well. Another nice touch would be extra blankets and extra pillows."

"We like the hot breakfast. Coffee was always available. I like coffee. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room was nice. Plenty of parking and easiness to get to our room. The carpet was clean and stain free throughout the hotel in our rooms. The bathroom in our room had an old wet washcloth, kind of smell. The smell remained throughout the four days we were there. It wasn’t oppressive, but it was noticeable. I did use the workout center. More options of equipment would’ve been nicer. We did not use the pool or spa, but visually they looked appealing."

"The Cliff House was very charming and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of order. The options were the stairs or a walk to the other end of the bldg for the working elevator. The stone work for the front drive was being replaced along with other repairs made for a very noisy visit. I’m sure that once all the repairs are complete, it will be back to normal."

"A great place with very friendly staff! This unique, eclectic place will be our go to when we are in the area! So close to everything. There are tons of amenities and all the staff were wonderful! From free bikes you can use, to a heated pool, bar, food, great breakfast, pet Friendly and again the staff were great! Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, Historic Colorado city and more! You can walk, ride your bike or take the free bus everywhere if you don’t want to drive!"

"This place helped me big time in a pickle. The stay was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Showers screams at you but that's not anyone's fault really it's the water pressure. In the absolute perfect spot not all the way into Manitou but at the prefect spot to walk there and back!!! Very quiet at night! Whomever now owns it is definitely fixing it and making it a great place to stay! No homeless around which is great considering the area a mile closer to the springs!! Didn't get a chance to go to breakfast or the pool room but maybe next time. I 100% will come back but this time just myself lol staff was very very polite well mannered and he helped me with so many questions! The cleaners were pretty awesome at their job too (ps I LOVE their hair 😍 please keep them both) never heard the rooms next to us either!!!!!!!!! Overall this has been one of the best stays i ever had in a motel!!!!!! Thank you Tava for helping when my neighbors pipes busted and flooded my apartment out!!!!!!!!!!!!"
