"This is not an apartment, it’s really a room with bathroom, TV, AC, internet, and a coffee maker and It’s literally in front of the beach. The room was clean in first floor with easy access. Everything was in working condition. You get an assigned parking spot. It has controlled access. Make arrangements with management if you arrive after hours. If you come back late, you need to open the first gate on your own unless the staff is around. It get a little noisy when garbage is picked up or people stay late on the beach. I’m very satisfied in general!"
