"Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel in old Bursa, but just a short drive from the main central motorway / public metro - tram line working east to west. The rooms are well appointed and have all the usual facilities. The lounge bar facing the street provides a location to watch the world go by. It appears to also be a regular place for locals.
