"My room was clean, with a nicely updated, modern feel. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool, hot tub or fitness room, but they looked great. I didn't need the shuttle service to Mayo - but that is a great amenity! Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions / area recommendations. I had a room on the 8th floor and it was pretty quiet. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, mini coffee pot, and blackout curtains, which I appreciated. Twigs restaurant has the BEST food, I ate there for lunch AND dinner. I really appreciated the gluten free options made in a dedicated gf kitchen. Parking is included ( Yay! ). The lot adjacent to the hotel was full... I parked in their lot across the street, but you have to walk to the end of the block for a crosswalk - or take your chances walking directly across the street ( busy traffic area). I love this neighborhood. Convenient, close to everything, but not in the heart of downtown. (I didn't have to hear sirens and traffic all night, like I have at some other hotels). I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area! "

"Room was clean but the fridge was not cleaned out after last person in the room. Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was simple but good but the lady who was working it could use an attitude adjustment she was very rude. Hotel was in a great location."

"The room was very comfortable. we stayed 2 nights and the came in and made the room up in between. Many hotels are not doing that anymore. They had coffee in the lobby as well as a coffee maker in the room which was nice. The shuttle had very comfortable seats and very nice drivers. I would definitely stay again."
