"Great location, this was a last a last minute trip and we couldn’t had been more pleased. The apartment had an incredible view to the cathedral and it was close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in getting us into the room since we did a last minute reservation and didn’t give them enough time to have the keys ready, Ruben went above and beyond. "

"A beautiful hotel in a perfect location! The service was exceptional! The check-in was better than any other hotel we've been to. They took our IDs and showed us to a nice sitting room where we enjoyed music and fresh drinks. Once we were ready, they came to us and explained everything and took us too our room. They had already moved our luggage into the room. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Seville!"

"We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. "The entrance of the hotel is lovely with sofas and a couple of rooms to relax in, along with a mezzanine library. You can help yourself to tea, coffee & iced water there anytime. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful and stored our luggage until our room was available and then again after we checked out until our taxi arrived. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the Giralda. The breakfast had a great variety of food on offer, and afterwards...

"Hotel Adriano was excellent in all aspects. Clean rooms, comfortable and quiet. I had a mini fridge with cold drinks and the front desk staff always smiling and courteous. The hotel is well centralized we walking distance to all the attractions I wanted to see. Also the neighborhood has a lot of bars and tapas restaurants almost everywhere we walk. We had a great time in Sevilla and recommend Hotel Adriano, I will definitely go back."

When we got back to our room they had sent us a bottle og very nice cava in an icebucket, champagne glasses and e very personal friendly note thanking us for staying with them. "The hotel required charges for additional persons differently from what sent to us in Hotels.com confirmation. It was €15 per person as said in confirmation but hotel charged €60They do not consider hotels.com confirmation an official policies. We paid but not happy!. "
