"This was my second stay here. This time I traveled with my sister, and we were given a room on the ground floor with two very small beds. The room was very tiny and dim lighted. We heard noise from the water pipes all night long from the rooms above and we did not sleep well. We still enjoyed our stay, but it was not as nice as the previous time I stayed."

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

"Extremely well located (except for nearby parking!), good for everything in central Seville and all of the sights. A newly renovated and smart apartment. A wonderful stay. The only thing I take issue with is the forced requirement to send pictures of ALL details of valid ID for all guests. This is actually illegal according to EU law, but many German and Netherlands companies require it. All that is required for accommodation (per EU law) is full name, DOB, POB, city of residence, and ID type...

"If I could ask for a refund I would. I am a seasoned traveler with more than 30 years traveling more than 30 countries. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is by far the worst place I have stayed in. Not sure why it was recommended by Expedia. Dirty sheets, breakfast is old and stale (every day is the same food from previous days), and not fresh. You can to serve it yourself and there's not sanitary conditions. Bathroom was shared and dirty. Saw roaches. Lady even asked me to help her...

"Great place to stay and easy to get to the sights. A plus if you want to cook in, an Aldi is close by. The pool was fabulous after a long hot day of sightseeing. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy as well, wish there were smaller bed pillows along with the ones provided."

"Nice place, more of a personal feel. They bring you breakfast to your room on a big tray. The place was large two bedroom too bad. Staff was very friendly. If you come late, it’s kinda hard getting the code. Their staff is only there until 3 PM.. There is probably only 10 rooms. there is no parking on the property. You either have to park on the street if you can find a place or in a public parking garage which we did."
