"We travel quite a bit (this is our 4th time in Italy) and Hotel Plank is easily the best place we’ve stayed! Mostly due to the incredible hospitality!! We had a long trek on public transportation to get to San Martino and I almost cried when we arrived and they told us they upgraded us to a suite with a balcony and mountain views (shoulder season perks)! "A dicembre, acqua per la doccia appena tiepida, alcune volte fredda. Temperatura della camera non regolabile autonomamente. Oltre i 20 gradi non andava (se una persona è freddolosa o non sta bene, meglio tenere il giubbotto addosso anche in camera). Nonostante avessimo la camera prenotata, non è stato possibile cenare in hotel, bisognava avvisare prima! Signora anziana alla reception molto poco gentile e disponibile."
