"HORRIBLE. Where do I even begin. First of all let’s start with the fact housekeeping robbed me. I had $60 cash on the first day and left in my bag in my wallet came back and the room was cleaned and the cash was emptied completely. Second when you check out there’s a bunch of hidden fees every time i get room service it’s says it’s free but apparently there is fees only disclosed on the end. Another terrible thing they don’t let ubers into the resort and it’s a 40 minute walk to the gate uphill so you either pay for an overpriced taxi by them around $35 to go 10 minutes and $140 to go to the airport OR you walk 40 minutes. I even ask the desk to get me a golf cart to the gate and they said it’ll $17. Mins you we paid 4k for this resort. So unhappy with the money I spent to be treated this poorly "

"The resort felt a bit dated. We were on the first floor and the room let in a lot of noise from vehicles and guests. The food choices at the all-inclusive were subpar. The Italian restaurant and sports bar had decent food, but the seafood, Mexican, and steakhouse restaurants were all incredibly disappointing. The marina location is fun, but you will be pestered by vendors frequently. I will return to San José del Cabo next time as I much prefer that more serene area."

"My family of four had a great time at this resort. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the “garden view” penthouse also overlooks the ocean. The views surrounding the pool deck were stunning:) The staff are very helpful and so friendly and quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this resort! "

"Service at restaurant are very bad. Waited half hour to take our order. Took us 1 hour from sitting to food on the table. Definitely not the friendliest of the bunch. Room wasn't prepared. Smoke alarms was beeping. Burned out light bulb wasn't change. Wasn't impressed. "

"We booked a Superior Ocean View room for our anniversary, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a building quite far up the hill, not in the main hotel. The room itself was very small and had two double beds, which didn’t feel appropriate for a special occasion. We had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival, but our requests didn’t seem to be reflected. Interestingly, our friends made a similar booking and were given a spacious casita, which made the situation even more disappointing. We ultimately chose to downgrade to a room in the main hotel, which only had a partial view overlooking the pool area. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, the overall experience fell short. There was no evening entertainment, the atmosphere felt quite quiet and uneventful, and the beach was very rocky. Having visited Cabo and many resorts over the past 25 years, this is not a property I would return to or recommend."
