Nice place, large grounds. We didn’t even have time to make all the trails and walk around the entire property. We spent most days at the beach and the pools. Even the locals were nice on the beach. Plenty of things to do, for all ages.

My wife and I have been trying to get down to for years now. We were worried about doing an all inclusive resort for our first time to CR. I must admit the Westin was the right choice for all the reasons, location, facility, amenities, hospitality, staff and even food!!! Our tower staff from Pablo our concierge to our housekeepers truly made our experience the best we ever had….and I’m saying this after doing the summer in the Amalfi Coast!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The food was amazing — every restaurant we tried offered delicious options, and the service was consistently top-notch. The resort itself is stunning and beautifully maintained; the lush grounds, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views made it feel like a private paradise. There’s so much to do here — it truly feels like its own little city. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, exploring the beach, or taking part in the many activities offered, we were never bored. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. We’re already talking about when we can come back — The Westin Reserva Conchal will definitely be our go-to spot for future vacations!

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food at the buffet was good and had a decent variety each day. The biggest downside is that they did not replenish the buffet as much as needed. At dinner, the main protein was out and my husband asked how long it would be to bring more. The woman behind the counter seemed agitated and told him 5 minutes. He decided to wait and a few minutes later another person asked how long and the woman told them 10 minutes. My husband ended up getting something else, but it just seems the buffet was not being managed well that night. The rest of our trip it was fine and the specialty restaurants are even better! The beach is tranquil with soft sand and gentle waves. The spa was incredibly relaxing and I had a fantastic massage followed by the dry and wet saunas. We took a taxi to Tamarindo (30 minutes) so my husband could surf. It is a cute town and very safe. Definitely recommend checking it out. Overall we were very impressed with the resort and would definitely return.
The beach was so quiet and practically empty!

Both the property itself along with the staff we’re both exceptional. The staff recognized us almost immediately and was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful in every way possible. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at the resort. The staff was great, service was good although twice while dining at one of the restaurant, our waiters just disappeared. Room service food was not good at all and my daughter found a worm in her salad but we enjoyed Caracola for lunch, the steakhouse for dinner, the Italian restaurant as well. We also enjoyed Mitra Market. Stay away from the Asian station and you will be fine. Breakfast was good; definitely get an omelet and a Costa Rican breakfast; delicious. The pool was amazing and I liked the temperature of it; the beach was nice; there are people giving massages along the beach and they weren’t too pushy. I went to the Spa for a Wellness ritual and the service was amazing as well. All in all, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful property, nice large rooms. Sofa in room could use a refresh the cushions have seen better days. Most of staff are wonderful, friendly and get you what ever you need. The buffet restaurant breakfast could be better. The Topas restaurant was the best food and nice sunset. Check in was a little cumbersome, check out was a breeze. Would stay again.
