Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

True luxury is about anticipation and execution, and that is where this stay fell short. There were repeated service lapses throughout our visit. Drinks arrived incomplete, an appetizer was forgotten, and our dinner reservations were mishandled twice.
