"Good - historic, decor, furniture, bathroom, location. Bad - no conditioner, no room phone, dirty bath towel…I asked when we got there about where to park and the gentleman said he didn’t know, he lived in Bangor; so I ended up waking up at 7:30am on my vacation to move my car. When I went to reception again at that time I asked another staff member, he said he doesn’t know, he wasn’t allowed to deal with that, but the receptionist would be in soon. "Only a one night stay which included breakfast. Was leaving early so asked for a take away croissant or some cereal or fruit. Was told firmly no and pointed to supermarket, only to find when handed in key early hours of the morning a member of staff laying out said items which could easily have been provided. Also room lovely and big but pumps operating below most of evening - super loud."
