We had a couple of glitches, like not finding the AC remote in the room and having to ask for it at reception the day after, or not having enough toilet paper and, again, having to ask, but we understand it’s a budget hotel and incredibly convenient, and ultimately we were provided everything we needed timely and the staff was very responsive and corteous. Definitely a good find in Rome! "

"Great hotel, with easy access to metro station, only 4 stops from the Collosseum. There are some good restaurants within 5-10 minutes away by car. Hotel has a good restaurant too. It is only available by reservation. Overall good hotel with an easy acccess to city centre. "

"My family and I stayed there for one night as we were to leave on a flight early the next morning but the staff was extremely nice and pleasant and helped us with all the questions and getting a taxi very early in the morning. The restaurant in the hotel was really good and the service was amazing. Will definitely come back "

"Booked room with hot tub, was not very clean. Disappointed because we wanted to use it but a little uneasy about it. Room was very clean and balcony as well. Staff was AMAZING helped us with so much and very responsive via what’s app. Made us feel so welcome!"
