"The hotel booked a live 10 piece band on a Monday night one floor above me and the music and base were so loud the walls were vibrating. I had to be up early for a flight and it’s impossible to sleep. no one here seems to care. How does a hotel charge people for a place to sleep and then charge other people to create the conditions for no sleep? I should at least have been made aware there would be a big party right above me when I checked in and provided the option to stay on the opposite side of the hotel. I’ve been waiting since 9pm for the music to stop and it’s almost midnight and still going. This is just not ok to do to clients. Management should not be renting out parties till midnight especially when not notifying clients and giving them other options. Clients of the hotel shouldn’t be put in this position in the first place."
