Breakfast needs at least 1 gluten free option and the staff need training on gluten free requirements. The main issue with our stay was the swimming pool. Nowhere on the listing did it say the pool is open to the public. This meant the pool was extremely busy and it was impossible to find a sun lounger or even a space to sit."

"Great location and good room but stay let down by poor service from the bar and restaurant. We were the only ones on the bar terrace but there was no service for 15 minutes. To the left of reception is a 2 metre high banner advertising the restaurant and, specifically, the menu del dia which is reinforced by highlighting the availability of the menu del dua in the information folder in the room - the menu del dia was never available throughout our entire stay and no one was able to explain why...
