"Laura was really nice and offered to switch rooms but we were too sleepy to move. Staff is always the best here. GRIPE- I think it’s a travesty, and maybe price fixing, to not allow online price matching to WALK IN GUESTS. This is my 3rd time staying here and I should be able to get price match. ..."

"I had a great big, nicely appointed room with an excellent bathroom. I would have liked a coffee set up in the room and a TV.( No TVs at NE). The restaurant was excellent, service was a bit slow though ."

"We booked the top floor because it has that attic, Harry Potter feeling. OMG! It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room is so beautiful. We felt like we were living in Harry Potter's house, minus where Harry really lived in. Our only wish is that we can live in a place like this permanently. ..."
