"More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"Bra hotell med bra service! Vi trivdes bra. Dock upplevde vi att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Tydligen satte de på ”kylan” i rummet ett visst datum och inte innan det då vi behövde det. Det fanns många aktiviteter och pooler att använda/utnyttja och det var nära till stranden. "

"Très bon accueil de la réceptionniste qui parlait français. Un accompagnement à la chambre (pas très facile la 1re fois mais merci aux différents ascenseurs). Une remarque qui ne concerne que moi, le matelas était un peu mou. Et comme il a plu, un balai pour faire partir l eau qui stagne sur la terrasse serait un plus."

"I have no complaints at all regarding the grounds of this hotel or the facilities available. The room was quite small and tired but adequate for a short break away. Swimming pools and grounds were lovely, can’t comment on food etc as we dined out each day after choosing the room only option. Location is fantastic, lovely beach a few minutes walk away and not to much further is the marina and a steady walk into the centre of Cala D’Or. "Fantastic hotel. Had an amazing stay. We were there for my boyfriend's 40th and they made it super special, with a bottle of bubbles on arrival and on his birthday. Food and drinks were good on all inclusive. The suite was incredible with amazing views. Beach is very close and really lovely. Would highly recommend. "
