"Meines Erachtens ist dieses Hotel keine 5 Sterne wert. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service zur Mittagszeit. Das Essen war nicht überzeugend, die Wartezeiten waren sehr lang und selbst die Bezahlung hat unnötig viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Für den Preis und * Klasse hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet bzw. kenne ich. In diesem Ort gibt es meiner Meinung nach bessere Hotels mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis."

"The air conditioning was not sufficient....it was very hot to the point I had to request room change. It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. I would look for another place to stay."

"Wir waren 10 Tage als Familie vor Ort. Man fühlt sich einfach vom ersten Augenblick wohl. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, egal ob Rezeption, Zimmermädchen, Servicekraft oder Koch. Poolanlage immer sauber und man bekommt täglich neue Handtücher für den Pool oder Strand. Die Zimmer waren eher kleine Apartments mit einer kleinen Küche. Zimmerservice war jeden Tag da, Handtücher wurden gewechselt, Betten gemacht alles TOP. Der Blick aus unseren Zimmern (wir hatten zwei) war...

They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year! "Absolutely terrible. Rubbish customer service, nobody available on arrival waited 2 hours for them to be able to find our booking at midnight. Had the room less than 8 hours due to this hiccup and wouldn’t let us upgrade a couple of extra hours. Old fashioned, dirty shower/toilet, cockroaches and uncleanliness! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!"

"Das ganze Bad wurde nass beim Duschen, somit war alles nass und das war kein Urlaub. Das Essen war ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im großen und ganzen okay, wenn man garkeine Ansprüche hat. Zudem strahlt dieses Hotel keine positive Stimmung aus. Möchte ich nicht nochmal hin."

"Wir sind sind schon seit vielen Jahren Gäste in verschiedenen Hipotels gewesen. Dieses war leider unser schlechtestes Erlebnis. Wir waren wohl mit die ersten Gäste seit der Renovierung. Die Renovierung ist nur zum Teil gelungen und man hat den Eindruck, dass nicht alles renoviert wurde oder auch noch nicht vollständig fertiggestellt war. Es haben noch viele Restarbeiten stattgefunden. Der Spa Bereich war noch nicht geöffnet. Was uns persönlich geärgert hat waren der Umgang des Managements mit...
