"This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match...

Mais 2 choses font que je n'y retournerai surement pas , avoir une chambre avec suppléments premium etre au 3ème et ne pas pouvoir profiter du balcon a cause du bruit de la chaufferie est inadmissible elle s'entend même fenetre fermée, il faut prendre obligatoirement une chambre cote piscine. La deuxième ce sont les animations uniquement en anglais, même si la clientèle est à 80 pour...

"Very enjoyable stay. Was on an all inclusive basis. Breakfast great, lunch fine but dinner was usually a bit beige. Room lovely except for a very odd bathroom set up which meant there was no privacy. Entertainment was great, especially Valentina as our main entertainer. Great value overall so would definitely recommend. "

"My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. "Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again. "
