"Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich, die Abendveranstaltungen (Flamenco) waren kostenlos und toll, die Sherry Verkostung war klasse und preiswert, zum Strand muss man einen Hügel durch eine schöne Anlage runtergehen, zum Ort mit etlichen Bars und Restaurants ist es ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten zu Fuß, der Innenpool war gut temperiert, das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war schmackhaft."

"Food: Breakfast great, lunch and dinner not great flavour and limited choices. No buffet available for lunch and dinner. Staff very slow, and service at restaurants was also very slow. Not fully all inclusive, small extra charges popped up randomly, this was very irritating. Lots of new staff around, so had issues with ordering things that should’ve been included in all inclusive package. Facilities however, were very clean and at a high standard. Room cleaning was also very good."

"The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned from very early morning to late evening. Rooms great and cleaned daily. Food excellent in all restaurants (didn’t realise the specialty restaurants were also buffets) mostly ate in main buffet, plenty of choice all of the time. The drinks were ok, glad we found the Gordon’s Gin, stations everywhere around the resort for coffee, beer, water, soft drinks , ice and wine. "Sensationell schöner Pool mit sehr bequemen Liegen, sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal, saubere große Zimmer. Das Essen im Buffet Restaurant war gut, exzellent war es im Entrevientos Restaurant. Besonders zu empfehlen ist auch die Beachbar! Was man wissen sollte, das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit spricht aber nicht viel deutsch. Was für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Wir werden nächstes Mal keine Halbpension mehr buchen, sondern lieber in die verschiedenen anderen...
