2/5 - Disappointing
Lovely position but needs updating. As the hotel belonged to Thomas Cook not sure what will happen.

The food was great each day.

The room and balcony were really nicely presented and clean. I’m British. So no kettle in the room was a shock. But a lovely hotel, close walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, large rooms, tasty food and lots of choice. Gym is a bonus too.

Nothing much in the area but easy to get to Palma Nova and surrounding areas. 20 minute walk into Magaluf, but hilly, if you want a bit more nightlife. So relaxing, as we love the beach.
Nice and quiet but too touristic however not as bad as the nearby Magaluf!
Preferred the Sentido toucan in Cala D’or, more relaxing and the entertainment was better.
Will defiantly come back
The problems with the lack of water during the day, and other drinks and information not shared causing lack of sunbeds and unbrellas was a big problem for me. Shame because otherwise I would not hesitate to go back there.
