After almost 30 minutes, they stated that they could not honor the rate I was charged and for which I had paid Travelocity already and tried to charge me more. I spoke to the Manager and after almost an hour, I placed an international call to Travelocity, USA and they called the hotel and straightened things out. "I couldn't even spend a night in this hotel. Everything about it was a nightmare. From the welcoming and very rude girl at the front desk, to bad with Steen's all over to very dirty badroo m with brown ,yellow, and green tolets
Outside was no security what so ever. I had to leave immediately for my personal safety."
