"We arrived after a days drive hoping to surprise our kids with a hotel room, unfortunately Expedia's ebooking system hadn't got the reservation to the hotel. "Absolutely awful! Dirty, noisy, TV not working, staff not helpful with ordering a taxi to ferry terminal. Even Calais tourist office said not to stay in this accomodation. Overall the worst wannabe hotel I've ever stayed in."
