Zero communication from the owner...happy to take your money but dont expecting to actually use the room, it needs removing from hotels.com! "I was late for 15 minutes and they canceled my booking. I was supposed to stay for 3 days and the booking is completely paid for. I contacted the property re: my arrival and the time frame I expected to arrive. They could have, at least, let me check in the following day and I could have stayed at another property for the night. To top it all, they refused to give me a refund.
