"I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!"

"The hotel is very nice. The staff is excellent. They were friendly and helpful especially with instructions with getting around on the Metro. The only negative is the hallways that the rooms are located on had a stale smell. Whatever fragrence is used in the lobby to make it smell fresh needs to be used on every floor as well."

"Hotelli oli hieno ja viihtyisä. Ilmastoinnilla huoneesta sai ihanan viileän, plussaa pimennysverhosta. Äänet ei kuuluneet läpi mistään. Katto uima-allas oli parasta keskipäivän helteellä ja hyvin oli tilaa siellä. Sijainti todella hyvä ja turvallinen. Busseja/metroja kulkee läheltä koko ajan ja vieressä myös kauppakeskus. "
