Room 241 on the top floor with no lift service was an issue to climb 4 flights of stairs. On account of having recent treatment for an arthritic knee, made it painful to climb 4 flights of stairs. When arriving if, the property is not going to be ready as advertised at the time for check-in please notify the customer so they, wont feel as though they're dealing with unprofessional services. Unit was clean, parking was okay due to the storm demonstrating some of the area on the property.
