Rooms were a little smaller then we thought. Buy other than that, it was a great experience! Outdoor hottub was actually hot! Staff were great. Breakfast buffet was above average. Would definitely stay here again.

First impression wasn’t great. Pulled up and the whole sidewalk going into the hotel had homeless people sitting around. Check in was fine. Easy and fast. Staying in our first room didn’t last long since we could hear everything in the room next to us. Even the sound of them eating. We got moved to another room. That room wasn’t bad with noise. However the tv didn’t work and you needed a pin. Asked the front desk they stayed that room had limited tv access. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was brutal.

Quiet, with a good breakfast, convenient, with good parking. Rooms could do with a good upgrade, and ceiling needs replacing. Attention to plugins for cellphone charging between beds would be helpful.

I had an excellent stay at the Carriage House Hotel and Conference Center. The staff was proactive and friendly, the property was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi supported my online meeting with no glitches. I was in a connecting room, and I could hear my neighbor on an online meeting, and I'm sure they could hear me. It is a renovated older property, and the only problem is that the bathroom in my king room was small. I'm big (6'7"/2m), and the added furniture to give counter space made the floor space getting in and out of the shower rather tight.

Nice hotel if your just needing a place to crash for 1 night after a full day in Calgary but beyond that its just ok. Yes it has free breakfast and parking which is definitely a selling point and why i booked but the rooms are very mediocre at best and the washrooms small. Still it gets the job done just not the best placed i've stayed at for similar price.

Great place to go. The more I stay the more I love it. Staff is exceptional. Elevators are fast. Love the poolside service. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Calgary.

This hotel was a let down. Looked better online. One day I asked to replace towels and 2 housekeepers said maybe there is another girl who will help you so no fresh towels that day. Very very bad cold breakfast Buffett and coffee. I could barely eat it and didn’t go back even though it was included. No healthy options. Food at peanuts was decent. Overall I regretted choosing this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel while we visited Calgary. It provided a lot of amenities and was a convenient location. We went on many road trips during our stay (Banff, Lake Louise, Drumheller) and the destinations were not that far from Carriage House. The staff were lovely to deal with and we both enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. I would definitely stay here again.
