Was a great hotel very close to the boulevard. Staff was very friendly and the room was quiet and very clean. Great hot water also, which can be a problem in some Colombian hotels. Will stay again.

Great location, but overrated

The hotel is in a great location on the Boulevard. Restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance. The window to my room was misaligned, so it didnt close all the way and let mosquitoes in

I especially enjoyed the hot water and good showers which are not always available in other hotels. My room was clean, beds were comfortable, tv worked well, buffet breakfast was more than sufficient. The staff was especially helpful and eager to please. I really enjoyed having taxi drivers, employed by the hotel, always available. Especially at 4:30 am on departure day. Don't miss the empanadas!

Wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and always friendly and willing to help. Especially the restaurant staff that helped us with our family dietary choices and our daughters severe allergies. They were always careful and helped us with a smile. The front desk staff as well as the staff that cleaned the rooms were incredible. The Lulada and fresh fruit juices were our favorites. Our room was clean, bright and big. We had a balcony and view of El rio de Cali (el parque de los gatos). Loved our stay and we will definitely be returning next Time we are in Cali. Gracias a todo el staff del hotel !!!!!!! Hicieron nuestra experiencia segura y buena.
